MyFrontier is an app which allows you to control your Frontier accounts and service without going to the website. You can download MyFrontier for iOS and Android.

Functionality 5/5

The main purpose of this app is to make easier payments and control your Frontier billings. So you can pay instantly or set an auto-pay option. Moreover, you can control some of your settings of the Frontier voice services like view calls history or to play voicemail. Also, you can turn on/off options like Do Not Disturb, Call Forwarding, etc.

Design 5/5

Pretty clear design with a brand red colored theme. On the main screen you see your ID, your balance and the payment buttons. Lower than that you have your services list. The main menu is on the left side of the screen that has only necessary items like My Bills and My Payments which is great, and it's just what you need from this app.

Usability 4/5

First of all, we appreciate that the app has a built-in FAQ tab where you can't find a lot of info on how to use the app along with video tutorials and you can instantly connect with the support. Their reply is another story but at least it's initially easy to do. So it's easy to use the app.

Use this app and connect here all your Frontier TV, phone and internet accounts. It's strange though that it doesn't do that by itself. We'd like to just put in our full name into it, and there would be all of our Frontier accounts.

It's great that you can switch to paperless billing through this app which God knows how many trees are killed each day only to produce paper for totally unnecessary paperwork. Be sure to use it, help the planet!

In this MyFrontier Review, we're discussing the iOS version of the app. It works the same as the app for Android. Thanks to not too many features of the app the performance is the same on both platforms. But the result like your transaction depends not on the platform but on your phone's CPU and your Internet connection. Your bank’s work also may influence the billing outcome.

In-app purchases

There are no in-app purchases available in this app. But we wish that it had Improve Frontier Service option available. Not only the service itself needs some improvement but this app as well, especially if we talk about customer support.

The Bottom Line

If you download MyFrontier it'll probably work better than their official online office. But sometimes it won't, and it's because MF is a huge company and that happens to any giant business - they simply have too much to do so they aren't able to quickly talk back to you and solve your issue.

MyFrontier is a not great billing app for your Frontier services but it's better to have it than not to have it.

Cons : Could be more features in the app concerning the actual Frontier services;
